RailsMachine is a great host for bigger Ruby on Rails applications. Their staff is experienced with Ruby on Rails, and they offer professional support packages.
Their plans are VPS only, and are a more expensive than most other Rails hosts. Their support and reliability make up for the price though, especially if you have a bigger, more important app.
