There's no FastCGI, just simple CGI. Which makes rails sites run veeerrrryyyy sloooooow.
For a reseller:
to setup a rails environment you need jailssh access. If you already have a ssh access on any domain, you have to pay extra 10$ for each domain. Only cgi support, no fcgi or mongrel. support services are incredibly slow.
Never use them for rails. They don't have fcgi, which means you will have to use normal cgi--which means your rails server will have to restart every time, once per request. This is a very, very very bad thing.
